In April we had a great meeting at RMS Accounting. A big thank you goes to Steve and Terri Weil for hosting the meeting. We had a good turnout for the meeting and even had a few new members signup that evening. Our monthly networking lunch is very popular! In April we had a great lunch at The Quality Diner with over 25 people attending. Our new 2013 – 2014 At Your Service Directory is out! The directories are being delivered door to door to Wilton Manors residents. There will be copies available at WMBA lunches and meetings. If you would like additional copies for your business, please contact me to find out where to pick them up. We also need volunteers to deliver the new directories to member businesses, please contact me if you can help. Our next meeting on May 13th will be very unique and interesting! Painting with a Twist will be our host. Feeling artistic? During the open networking hour you can participate in a free short painting class! Painting with a Twist is located at 1201 NE 26th St, #102 (Wilton Station) In addition our lunch meeting location for May will be at Angels Café on May 23rd , we hope to see you there! I would like to thank last year’s WMBA Board, officers and President Celeste Ellich for their work and dedication. The Wilton Manors Business Association membership has grown considerably over the past few years due to their hard work. We now have over 180 member businesses! The addition of our monthly WMBA Lunches has also been a success. Other successful events including the Business Expo and the Dale Carnegie Training Program also had a great turnout. At our last meeting the new WMBA board was elected and the board has chosen the officers for the next year.
