President's Message

Special thanks to Lola's Healthy Pet Cafe for hosting our January meeting.  Please be sure to stop by and pay them a visit at Five Points if you didn't attend.  Our lunch was at Bona Italian Restaurant.  Probably the largest turnout ever.  The owner, Attilio, sent us a nice thank you!
 
It is that time again for most of us, Membership renewals.  Our "year" runs with the calendar year.  If you joined in the last quarter of 2011, you are paid for all of 2012.  Otherwise, everyone else will be getting invoices soon.  To save time, please click here.  The directory ad rates and membership fees have not changed from last year.  We would really appreciate everyone taking the time to completely fill out the application to update our records.  You can bring to the meetings or lunches or mail back with a check and business card.  Still hope to have PayPal setup for online payments in the future.  Deadline to be included in our annual directory is March 31st.  It will be printed in April, 10,000 copies, and distributed door to door throughout Wilton Manors in May.  With a starting price of only $75 per year to be included, how can you possibly pass up this opportunity! 
There is still time to submit your cover design for our annual directory.  Deadline of March 1rst to be considered.

Monday, February 13th at 6pm the WMBA meeting will be hosted at new member, Chase, located at 1800 N. Federal Highway.  They are looking forward to showing off their new location.  Plenty of parking available.

Finally they are open, Pinche Taqueria!  I have so been waiting to try this Authentic Mexican Grill out.  Join us on Thursday, February 23rd, from 12 noon to 1pm at 2045 Wilton Drive.  Free parking across the street at City Hall during lunch. 
 
If you are interested in hosting a Monday night meeting or Thursday networking lunch, please let us know.  You will get more out of the association if you put more into it.  It amazes me how many pay dues each year and never attend one function.  Please, put our dates on your calendar now and plan to make a meeting or lunch soon.  Meetings are the second Monday at 6pm.  Lunches are the fourth Thursday at 12 noon.  We are actively booking 2012 now.  See you all soon!
