Are you frustrated with the ever changing road closures around town? Mark your calendars now for the upcoming Wilton Manors Business Association meeting on Monday December 11, at Independence Hall, 6:00 PM. David Archacki, Public Works Director and an engineering representative will be on hand to discuss the procedures involved in the various road closures. ADVENTURES CARD & GIFT SHOP
After 7 years as Alan’s Hallmark, next to Publix in the Publix Shopping Center at 5 Points, owner Sam Thompson has relocated to a larger space at North End of the center, and changed the name. Adventures Card & Gift Shop opened on September 1, 2000. Sam now has 5000 sq ft of retail space to better serve his customers.You are probably aware by now that this shopping center will soon be undergoing a major renovation and the Publix will be closed for 8 months in order to expand. ADVENTURES WILL REMAIN OPEN so come on by and check out all the new and exciting products showcased so nicely in the larger storefront. In addition to an expanded selection of cards and gift wrap, Adventures has many excellent gift items such as cotton throws, Precious Moments, Harry Potter collectables, Ty Beanie Babies, Betty Boop, Lucy, Candles and so much more.
